Image Resizer (“the App”) is developed by ResizeFile. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information, what permissions it uses, and how third-party services may process data when you use the App.
1. Image Processing
Image Resizer allows you to resize up to 50 images at once, convert images between supported formats, and save or share the resulting files.
All image resizing and conversion operations are performed locally on your Android device. Your selected images are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not receive, access, or store copies of the images you process.
We do not operate a remote image-processing service or maintain a server-side database of your images.
2. Permissions
The App may request the following permission to provide its functionality:
Photos / Media Access
The App uses Android’s photo access functionality to allow you to select images for resizing and conversion.
Save Images to Gallery
The App requests permission to save resized or converted images to your device’s gallery or media library. This permission is used only to save files you choose to export.
The App does not use this permission to upload your images to external servers.
The App does not request access to precise media location metadata through the configured media library plugin.
3. Sharing Images
The App may use Android’s sharing functionality to let you share or export resized images using compatible apps on your device.
When you choose to share a file, the selected file is provided to the application or destination you choose. That application’s handling of the file is governed by its own privacy policy.
Image Resizer does not independently upload shared files to its own servers.
4. Personal Information and Data Collection
We do not directly collect personal information through the App’s core image resizing and conversion functionality. The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use these features.
However, third-party services integrated into the App, including advertising services, may collect certain information as described below.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob, to display advertisements within the App.
When advertising services are enabled, their providers may automatically collect or process certain information, which may include:
- Advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID, where available and permitted.

Advertising may be introduced in a future version of the App. This policy will apply to advertising features when they are enabled, subject to any additional disclosures or consent required.
6. Internet Connectivity
The App may use an internet connection to support third-party services, including advertising when enabled. Internet connectivity does not mean that your selected images are uploaded.
The App’s core image resizing and conversion functionality processes images locally on your device.
7. Data Storage and Security
Images you select and process remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them through another application or service.
Files saved to your gallery or another destination are subject to the storage and privacy practices of your device and any application you use to access or share them.
We do not maintain a server-side collection of your processed images.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not directly collect personal information through the App’s core functionality. Third-party advertising services may apply their own age-related restrictions and data-handling practices.
9. Your Choices
You can control photo access and other app permissions through your Android device settings.
You may also be able to reset or limit advertising identifiers through Android settings. Depending on your location and applicable requirements, you may have additional choices regarding personalized advertising and data processing.
You can choose whether to share exported images with other applications.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, permissions, advertising integrations, or legal requirements change.
Updates will be published at the URL where this policy is hosted. The effective date at the top of this document will be revised when appropriate.
